Abstract


Las culturas y valores de cada persona son muy importantes y es necesario que los órganos directivos de las empresas entiendan su importancia y lo que significa la cultura y lo escencial que es la suya propia para cada grupo étnico. Por ello, los antropólogos corporativos están prestando atención a estos fenómenos.

The cultures and values of each person are very important, and it is necessary that the directive bodies of the companies understand their importance and what the culture and the essential thing that is their own for each ethnic group means. Therefore, corporate anthropologists are paying attention to these phenomena.
